Zach McCutchin

General Manager

Zach McCutchin is an accomplished construction executive with over 20 years of experience managing and delivering high-value projects across a variety of sectors. A Texas Tech University graduate with a BBA, Zach began his career as a superintendent at McCutchin Construction, where he oversaw more than $75 million in work. He now serves as General Manager, directing day-to-day operations and collaborating closely with architects and owners to ensure successful outcomes. In this role, he has led more than $125 million in project work.

In addition to his leadership at McCutchin Construction, Zach is the owner and operator of ZM Interiors, LLC, which he founded in 2008. Known for his attention to detail, strong budgeting skills, and deep knowledge of building codes and regulations, Zach brings a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to every job.

Alberto Salinas

Superintendent

With 48 years of experience at McCutchin Construction, Alberto is a cornerstone of our team. He oversees multiple projects, working directly with subcontractors to ensure every build is completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Stacy Shivers

Project Administration

Bringing over 12 years of construction experience, Stacy is responsible for AIA contracts, document preparation, submittals, and budget management. She serves as a key link between architects, subcontractors, and clients—keeping projects organized and on track.
